1. Object

These terms govern access to and use of the FACTECOM invoicing application for Shopify.

2. Service

FACTECOM automatically generates compliant invoices and credit notes from your Shopify orders. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your legal and tax information.

3. Subscription

Access is provided on a subscription basis via the Shopify App Store, billed according to the plan you select. A 14-day free trial applies to every plan.

4. Liability

FACTECOM provides its service on a best-effort basis and cannot be held liable for incorrect information supplied by the merchant.

5. Termination

You may uninstall the application from your Shopify admin at any time.
